ENDURO TEAM for Kids expanded – registration for 10th September still possible
The absolutely unique team Enduro race for kids, which celebrated its extremely successful premiere in 2022, will be significantly expanded this year. It will now take place on Sunday, 10th September 2023, the day after the adult race. “Youth development is an affair of the heart for us. There are already some bike races for kids – but riding in a team is a new and great experience for them. The first edition of ENDURO TEAM for Kids was therefore a real highlight and the level was very high, especially among the older children”, says organiser Britta Wild from the Bike Academy Davos. “That's why we are expanding the children's race, their own event day makes it possible!” The younger kids will now ride three instead of two stages at the Jakobshorn, for the older ones there will be a total of four stages, two of them in the Meierhoftäli via the Parsenn cablecar. For the kids, the race courses will be announced in advance and are already online. In contrast to the adult race, there are still free starting places for the youngsters. Children from 8 to 15 years with an advanced bike level can still register in teams of two. The entry fee is CHF 60 per team, www.enduro-team.ch/en/kidsrace. The youngsters will arrive in the same finish area as the adults and should get a real taste of MONDRAKER ENDURO TEAM! Endura is a partner again in 2023.

125 kilometres, 14 stages and new, creative trail combinations
The adult participants of MONDREAKER ENDURO TEAM will ride 14 stages within the three race days this time, measured sections that mainly lead downhill, between some two and five kilometres long. The total distance of the race is 125 kilometres, almost 10’000 metres of descent and some 1500 metres of ascent on the most attractive trails. “In contrast to last year, we can use all the mountain railways of Davos Klosters Mountains again this time and thus design the most ever possible out of it”, says race director Michi Wild from the Bike Academy Davos. “We plan to integrate some new trails and especially whole new trail combinations”, he reveals. “So, for the many loyal riders who visit our event year by year, there will again be a few exciting surprises as well as long, great trail days in wonderful alpine scenery and the best mountain bike company. After all, having fun is and remains the most important thing for us!” The grand finale will again lead directly to the finish area at the Bolgen Plaza, for both, adults and children. So, a good atmosphere is guaranteed!
